I’ve been enjoying the essential oil lifestyle for about a year now. I started with Young Living and then moved to Plant Therapy. It’s not that I don’t like Young Living and there are still some blends I enjoy, but, the cost was just too much for what you get. I understand why the costs are higher but I feel that Plant Therapy brand oils are excellent quality oils and the price is right for my budget.

My favorite all-around oil to start with is Lavender essential oil. Lavender is great sleep support, calming, relaxing, peaceful oil. I use it in my Epsom salt baths, I use some in my lotions, I use it on my face, I use it in my diffuser at night to help support a good nights sleep. It really is a great all-around oil.
Tonight, as I write this, I have 5 drops lavender and 3 drops of stress away in my diffuser, ready for a nice nights sleep. I think most people know lavender is great for sleep and relaxation, but I tell you what, until you try a quality essential oil you’ve just been jipped out of the best lavender experience!
