Piles of laundry happen. Happen often. But happy kids, a well loved husband, and a taken care of momma are much more important. I don’t fret over the small stuff. My kids always have clean clothes to wear. Do those clothes sit on the dining room table for a day sometimes? Yes. Do they get forgotten about in the dryer and have to be “nuked” to get the wrinkles out? Yes. But these kiddos of mine are always clean, always in clean clothes, and always happy and well loved. That’s real life.
