You Be The Princess

I wore a crown upon my head, placed there by Dash with his little boy hands. “You be the princess mommy, and I be the prince.” He ran out to the back yard collecting “flowers”, those big balls of sunshine called Dandelions that kids can’t get enough of, and ran back into the house with fist fulls. “Here you go mommy, flowers because you’re so beautiful”. We held hands as he walked me outside to get more. He asked me to take pictures of him collecting them. I did. I even got a kiss – I know I’m running out of kisses on the lips from my little man. These are the moments that fuel my motherhood journey.
